I ordered the wrong size, color, or item. Can I still change this?
Yes, but you'll need to be quick. Once your order goes into production, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. If you need a change of size, color, or item, contact our support team ASAP at support@therebelrainbow.com. Make sure to provide your name and order number.
We understand that you may receive the item and aren't as keen on the design as you once thought. Here's alternative to returning. How about gifting it? If that doesn't make you happy, send us a note to the email above and again we'll see how we could make the experience better for you.
Design came damaged or misaligned?
If the order is damaged or the design is wonky as this can happen from time to time, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees. Within the 30 day window from the moment of purchase, the item must be new, unwashed, and tags still on. Take a picture of the misaligned logo or damaged area, send it to support@therebelrainbow.com along with your order number. Let us know if you’d like to receive the same item or a refund. We’ll get either one out to you asap.
I made a mistake on the shipping address. Can I change it?
As long as your item has not already shipped, we can still change this for you. Please email us the correct address and your order number to support@therebelrainbow.com and we'll take care of it for you.
I changed my mind. Can I still cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't already gone into production. Please email support@therebelrainbow.com with subject line "Cancel Request (your order number)" and we'll take care of it for you.
I like super soft shirts. What are they made of?
We are passionate about sourcing the right materials that feel oh so good as it sits on your body in addition to ethical and responsible decisions made by the manufacturers we use. Most materials are a blend of cotton and polyester. Ingredients are listed on tech information for all shirts.
How do I find the sizing for an item? Are they baggy or fitted?
Great question! Clothing runs the gamut for sizing these days. An Xsmall can look like an extra large depending on the item that caught your attention. All our shirts are preshrunk, so should last a long time without seeing any shrinking that occurs naturally over time. Our unisex selection of shirts tend toward fitting true to size, or actually slightly small, yet, not sloppy, not baggy unless indicated. Our feminine cut shirts are flattering and accentuate the contours of the body. That being said, they run fitted. Tighter. Smaller. Size up one or two sizes - yes, up to two if you’re not feeling like you want to show your beautiful contours. Yet. refer to the size chart on the product page for general measurements. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on the items ordered but generally most orders will take between 2-4 business days to fulfill plus the standard shipping time for delivery. For current standard shipping times please visit our Shipping Info page.
Note that once your order is shipped then it is out of our hands. We do not have any control over carrier (i.e. USPS or other) related shipping delays and are unable to offer refunds for delays.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this moment, we do not. We look forward to adding international shipping in late 2025.
Where is my order now?
Once your order has shipped out you will receive an email from us with the tracking number for your item. It may take up to one business day for the carrier to start showing tracking information on their site.
I only received part of my order. Where's the rest of it?
We have multiple production facilities so when you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately. As a result, you may receive one item sooner than other item(s) in your order. So, no need to worry, the other item(s) are on the way!
I can't complete my purchase or am getting an error. What do I do?

How do I apply my discount code or gift card?
You can add your discount code or gift card to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information. If you're on a computer, you’ll see a panel on the right side of the screen with a field that says, "Enter Gift Card or Discount Code."
If you're on your phone, click "see order details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in space provided.
You can only use one discount code per order.

How do you select organizations to support?
A charitable foundation will be selected as beneficiary to a percentage of our profits on a rotating basis. Currently, we are establishing our footing as a new business before entering into these relationships, but what we can tell you is this: Kindness, empathy and a path toward living our authentic selves must be core to the mission.
Each organization is well-vetted and researched. They don't need to be directly associated with the LGBTQ+ culture, but must be rooted in creating a healthier humanity by starting with oneself.
Yep, animal rights organizations included! A conservation effort whose mission is stewardship towards the four-leggeds knows what unconditional love looks like. We at RānboLĭt know that their existence is an adorable front for the mirror to what is oft hidden for ourselves.....just wrapped in fur.
